Globalization as a Process In our era, the world is in a multidimensional and dynamic changing process and that interactions as well as associations among economies and various groups are becoming more intense and that the transformation in economic, political and socio-cultural structure accompanies the developments in scientific and technological developments. With these developments, more importance is focused beyond borders and national events and associations in literature related to the fields like economics, politics and sociology and the concept to express this process is globalization. In this respect, the quality of ongoing radical change or transformation and the opportunities along with troubles these events bring to humanity, are intensively debated. Technological developments which have occurred, have brought with them a number of transformations to our social lives. For instance, new occupations have been born while some others have disappeared. Unqualified labour, together with its implementation by robots, has lost its significance in the society, whereas, qualified labors have begun to appear in higher levels of the society. Developments in communication have rapidly expanded the ways news flows, including cyber space. These developments have led to some interventions on the limitations imposed by states on flow of news. Humanity has been involved in a rapidly changing process with "industrial revolution" and scientific revolutions. Globalization is the latest link of this process and has occupied the last twenty-year-period of the twentieth century.
